WWE No Way Out è il nome di uno degli show di wrestling, visibile in pay-per-view organizzati annualmente dalla World Wrestling Entertainment; si svolge solitamente nel mese di febbraio e la sua prima edizione risale al 1998. Anche questo evento, come molti altri della WWE, è stato inizialmente concepito come ppv In Your House e di tale gruppo è il primo a presentare la sigla IYH non più prima del nome ma subito dopo: il nome completo del primo No Way Out è infatti No Way Out of Texas - In Your House; l'evento precedente No Way Out invece aveva la "vecchia" denominazione: In Your House #19: D-Generation X.

A partire dal 1998 No Way Out si è tenuto ogni Years, tranne nel 1999 quando al suo posto si svolse St. Valentine's Day Massacre.

Il nome di questo ppv è una presa in giro da parte della WWE di quello che era il fenomeno del momento, il New World Order, gloriosa stable della defunta World Championship Wrestling; la WCW notò che questo ppv aveva le stesse iniziali della suo gruppo ed obbligò l'allora WWF a cambiare nome dell'evento per evitare una causa in tribunale. Per cavarsela, la WWF aggiunse la parte finale of Texas in onore dello stato nel quale di lì a poco si sarebbe tenuto tale evento.

Dal 2004 è un evento esclusivo del roster di SmackDown!.
Dal 2007 aperto a tutti e tre i roster.
